Jesmonite

Jesmonite are safe (non-solvent, VOC free and fire-rated) alternatives to solvent based products such as fiber glass and polyester resin. They are also lightweight alternatives to cast concrete and traditional stone. Jesmonite is the ultimate chameleon material. It can be used to replicate the appearance and texture of any surface finish or forms.

Jesmonite is made up of a liquid eco-resin compound that binds a gypsum powder. The resulting mixture acts much like plaster for 24 hours or so then hardens to acrylic like properties.
